Why we built it

Most NDIS support is delivered alone, in a house, behind a closed door.

His Quest started because we kept hearing the same thing from the men we work with: “I need to be around other guys.” Not in a clinical group. Not in a therapy room. Around other men who get it, who back each other, and who do real things together.

So that’s what we built. Every Monday, 2pm to 8pm, on the Sunshine Coast — a small group, a direct mentor partnership, and a structured 12-week curriculum that combines physical training, outdoor challenges, skill-building, and the kind of conversations that don’t happen anywhere else.

Why it works

Brotherhood, built through doing — not facilitated icebreakers.

Mentors who lead from alongside

Not from above. The mentor relationship is the program — consistent, real, and in it with you.

Brotherhood through shared effort

Connection that’s earned doing real things together, not forced through name games and worksheets.

Movement and challenge

The fastest route to a better mood and a stronger sense of self. Training, outdoors, and real adventure.

Goal tracking that’s real

Progress that’s meaningful to the man — not bureaucratic box-ticking for a plan review.

The Quest framework

Six Pillars anchor everything we do.

The same foundation runs through every Quest program. His Quest brings them to life through movement, mateship, and momentum.

Belonging

A group where you’re backed, not managed.

Movement

Training and the outdoors as the engine of change.

Meaning

Doing things that actually matter to you.

Mindset

Confidence built rep by rep, week by week.

Mastery

Real skills, real progress, real wins.

Mission

Momentum that carries into the rest of your life.

What men in the program experience

It carries into the rest of the week.

01

Confidence

A stronger, steadier sense of who they are and what they’re capable of.

02

Physical strength and stamina

Real fitness gains from consistent movement and challenge.

03

Real mateship

Genuine friendships — not just other clients in the same room.

04

Momentum

A weekly anchor that lifts the rest of life around it, and a community that continues beyond the 12 weeks.

“We’ve seen Andy’s confidence grow massively since joining Quest. It’s the first time we’ve truly felt like we’re not doing this journey alone.”
