You’re Not a Support Worker.

You’re a Mentor on a Mission.

At Quest Collective, we don’t just fill shifts , we walk beside people as they change their lives.

Join our crew of mentors, guides, and game-changers redefining what NDIS support work really means.

The Mission : Support That Goes Beyond the Shift

Too many NDIS workers clock in, do the minimum, and check out.

Not here. Not with us.

At Quest, we work with young people (12–35) navigating Psychosocial disability, Autism, ADHD, and Intellectual disability.

We don’t “manage cases.” We build futures.

Through 1:1 mentoring and Supported Independent Living (SIL), we walk with our participants as they grow, gain confidence, and create real independence. This isn’t care.

This is transformation through connection.

Our Vision: A New Era of NDIS Support

We’re rewriting the rules.

Many providers show up late, tick boxes, and barely learn their participants' names. Not us.

At Quest, we’re building a world where:

Young people feel seen, heard, and valued

SIL homes are communities — not facilities

Mentoring leads to breakthroughs, not just filled hours

Families feel supported, not stressed

If you’ve ever thought, “There has to be a better way to do support work…” — you were right.

Our Values: The Quest Way

These aren’t just words. This is how we live and lead.

Connection First

Relationships are everything. We build trust before we try to teach. That’s how we create real change.

Lead with Heart

Compassion, empathy, and care are our superpowers. We don’t just clock in—we show up.

Grow Together

We learn, evolve, and expand—as people and professionals. Training, feedback, reflection—it’s all part of the ride.

Do What Matters

We focus on impact, not busywork. We help participants set goals that mean something—and actually reach them.

Own the Outcome

No ghosting. No excuses. Our crew takes radical responsibility for doing what we say we’ll do.

What Makes Quest Different?

Let’s be real—there are a lot of NDIS providers out there. But here’s why people choose us:

Youth-led mentoring: You’re not just a worker — you’re a relatable role model.

Deep relationships, not shallow shifts: We focus on outcomes, not time-sheets.

Real-world skills: From job readiness to emotional regulation, your work means something

Purposeful homes, not housing: Our SIL homes are safe, vibrant, and growth-focused.

The Guardian’s Path Framework

A simple, powerful idea: participants are heroes of their story.

You? You’re the guide. The anchor. The guardian. Who helps them rise.

This is mentorship. This is connection. This is The Guardian’s Path.

Who We’re Looking For

This isn’t “just a job.” This is a calling.

You might be a great fit if...

You’re reliable, real, and lead with integrity

You connect easily with young people and know how to hold space

You care about inclusion, progress, and doing the work that matters

You’re coachable, growth-minded, and ready to evolve

You’ve got lived experience, professional skills, or both — and you bring it with heart

This isn’t passive work. This is dynamic, emotional, purpose-fueled service.
It’ll stretch you. And it’ll grow you.

What You'll Be Doing

Depending on your role and participant needs, your days might include:

Supporting daily routines and life skills

Facilitating community access

Setting and achieving goals

Coaching through social and emotional regulation

Being a consistent, trusted human presence

You’ll be more than “just a support worker.”
You’ll be a mentor. A guide. A mirror. A force for growth.

Ready to Make a Real Difference?

If your heart’s pounding while reading this — you already know.

You’re not here to coast. You’re here to contribute.
We don’t hire “staff.” We build a crew of guardians changing lives from the ground up.

Tell us about you

We’ll be in touch to explore where your gifts, goals, and energy might fit inside the Quest Crew.

This isn’t just a job.
It’s a Quest.
